If you have reached this point in your EMDR training and professional career, you already have first hand experience and knoe  how powerful and transformative EMDR can be for clinicians and clients. While basic training is an amazing starting point, many clinicians find that they leave the EMDR  basic training process comfortable in processing basic targets, but somewhat lost or overwhelmed when it comes to the complex cases and new challenges that they encounter as they implement EMDR into their own practice. This is where consultation can help. Together, we can take the time to learn how to effectively implement EMDR with a more broad  range of clients, while building your confidence in designing treatment plans and navigating the treatment process with your clients. The goal is for every clinician to build knowledge and independence in assessing readiness for the work of trauma processing, building skills for resourcing clients, processing targets efficiently and identifying next steps when problems arise or processing does not go according to plan.

  • I am an EMDRIA certified therapist and approved consultant. Since becoming trained in EMDR, and I have developed a passion for the model both in my practice and in empowering other therapists to feel confident in their use of EMDR in their own practice settings.
  • I take a collaborative approach in consultation to address your needs in providing excellent services to your clients while supplementing with additional education and resourcing.
  • In each consultation, priority is given to case presentation for you active clients so that you are empowered to offer the best quality care even as you are learning and building your own skills.

+ Consultation availability/rates

  • Available in-person and remotely*
  • $65/ hr for non-profit or group hours
  • $85/ hr for-profit agencies
  • Consultant in Training consultation hours are subject to alternative see scale

  • Most consultant appointments are scheduled in one hour block, but longer time frames are available upon request pending adequate availability and content for consulting.

    • *In person EMDR consultation services are available for clinicians located in the Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Fort Worth or DFW areas. Services are prided out of my office near Arlington. Remote or Telehealth EMDR consultation is offered to clinician world wide (Scheduled times are based off of Central standard time zone.)
    • ** Per EMDRIA standards, groups cannot exceed 8 clinician in an effort for adequate assessment and support to be offered to each participating clinician. Prior RSVP to groups may be requested dependent upon numbers of interested clinicians at at given time. For those pursuing certification, EDMRIA permits that 10 of the 20 required consultation hours may be done in the context for a group setting.
